Before Arro: learning the business
Jared grew up around his family's masonry and natural stone businesses, gaining an early education in business, production, craftsmanship, and serving customers.
About Arro Crushing
We want to build a company customers can trust, where hard work is respected, and good people have opportunities to grow.
Our Mission Is Simple
Arro Crushing Ltd · Who We Are & What We Do
Our Story
Jared Kuepfer grew up in a farming community in Southwestern Ontario, watching his dad build and operate businesses in the trades. Business, equipment, and hard work were part of life from an early age.
Years later, while working in heavy civil, Jared began thinking seriously about starting a company of his own.
The idea came before the crushing company did.
He wanted to build a place where people were treated well, hard work was respected, and good people had opportunities to grow.
Mobile crushing became the business through which he could put that idea into practice.
Arro Crushing began in 2019.
The early years brought plenty of lessons. They also made one thing increasingly clear: the kind of company Arro became mattered just as much as how large it became.
Let's make this industry a better place to be. Let's make Arro a place where people feel cared for.Jared Kuepfer · Founder & President
The Arro Story
Arro didn't start with four crushing spreads and more than 20 people. It was built one customer, one hire, and one piece of equipment at a time.
Chapter 01 / 06
Jared grew up around his family's masonry and natural stone businesses, gaining an early education in business, production, craftsmanship, and serving customers.
Jared left the family business to gain experience in heavy civil, bringing him closer to heavy equipment, aggregate, construction, and large-scale production.
Jared left his full-time job and committed to building Arro. The company's first customer signed in August 2019. Two months later, Arro hired its first employee.
Arro purchased its first large impact crusher, giving the young company the ability to take on larger crushing projects.
Jared bought out his business partner and became the sole owner of Arro Crushing, taking full responsibility for where the company would go next.
Today, Arro operates four mobile crushing spreads and employs more than 20 people, serving producers, quarries, and contractors across Ontario.

The equipment has changed. The jobs have changed. The team has grown.
The reason for building the company hasn't.

The Foundation
Jared's Christian faith is the foundation for the company the team at Arro is building.
That doesn't mean everyone at Arro shares Jared's beliefs.
They don't have to.
It means Jared is building Arro around these basic principles:
Arro won't get all of that right every time. But the standard still matters.
That's what sits behind the mission:
To build faith in our industry & to love people.
Building faith means becoming the kind of company people can trust because your actions back up your word.
Loving people means remembering there is a person on the other side of the employee number, invoice, purchase order, or contract.
What We Stand For
These four values shape what we expect from ourselves and the people who represent Arro.
Our word should mean something. Keep commitments, communicate when circumstances change, and take responsibility when something goes wrong.
There is always something we can learn and something we can improve. Ask questions, learn from mistakes, develop new skills, and keep getting better.
Good operations depend on people working together. Help where you're needed, communicate clearly, and solve problems without worrying about whose job it is.
If you see a problem, don't walk past it. Speak up, take responsibility, and help find the solution.
The People Behind Arro
Arro doesn't expect everyone to arrive knowing how to operate a crusher, diagnose a mechanical problem, manage production, or lead a crew.
We care about attitude, mindset, and a willingness to learn.
Our responsibility is to train people, trust them with meaningful responsibility, and create opportunities for them to become more capable as the company grows.
We want to build skilled operators, mechanics, problem-solvers, supervisors, and leaders that other people can depend on.
If Arro grows, our people should have the opportunity to grow with it.
Meet The Team
Arro's crushers do the crushing. People make the operation work.
Our team maintains the equipment, moves the spreads, solves problems, manages production, works with customers, and represents Arro on job sites across Ontario.
The Road Ahead
Arro is still a young company in an industry where many businesses have been around for generations.
We're not interested in growing simply to say we're bigger.
We want to earn long-term relationships with good customers, create opportunities for good people, keep improving how we operate, and build a company people are proud to be a part of.
There will be more equipment. More crews. More responsibility.
Our job is to make sure the character of the company grows with it.
